Elorm is a young but gifted management professional with experiences in leadership, strategic and operations management spanning across industries. He is currently the Operations Manager for a multi-million dollar project in the Western and Central Regions of Ghana. He has worked with the largest building society in the world (Nationwide Building Society, Northampton Administrative Office, United Kingdom) as a Data Analyst, and also worked with Norbert Dentressangle Logistics in the UK, one of the leading logistics companies in the world. His experiences also include working as a marketing manager for a food processing company and also a General Manager for Energy oriented company. His experiences in business management, and his education in strategic management from the University of Northampton, UK, puts him in a position where he is able to identify and resolve management issues/challenges with a scientific approach. Management is both a science and an art, and that is why having so much practical experience is as important as learning the principles that make it a science. Elorm's strengths are Developing Strategic Plans, engaging stakeholders in long terms (up to 30 years) strategic thinking - Scenario Planning, Operations Management ( Lean management), and effective business administration.

He currently works as the Project Manager for Microfinance and Small loan Centre under the (office of the President), He was a credit Manager and a credit officer of the same institution, thus rising through ranks as a result of hard work and dedication. He possesses over Eight (8) years of varied experience in the Telecommunication, Automobile, Education and Financial industry. His special areas include feasibility analysis, project management, business development and marketing planning, monitoring and evaluation. He is good at strategy development, policy designing, market research, negotiating, presentation, product innovation, designing integrated marketing communication plan and managing conflicts. He has served as an adjunct lecturer at Central University for a period of four (4) years, through innovation and hard work, he motivates himself and those around him to do their best. He is a creative teacher and excellent role model who is dedicated to his work. He has worked with institutions such as Toyota Ghana Limited, Invest channel Media and Naconon International (NGO), as a programme coordinator, where he coordinated training and educational programs for students and institutions on issues with regards to drugs and Health. He has provided advisory and consulting services to institutions such as Young Investor Network, New York University, Dreamline Events, Gimpro Farms Limited, Palm Plaza Limited among others. He is a product of University of Ghana Business School where he studied MBA in Marketing and Entrepreneurship, Ghana institute of Management and Public Administration/Kofi Annan international peacekeeping Centre, where he studied MA in Conflict, Peace and Security, majoring in International Relation. (GIMPA), Ghana institute of Management and Public Administration, (GIMPA) and studied Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration and Bsc in Human Resource Management from Central University. He is also a member of several professional bodies such as Chattered Institute of Marketing Ghana, (CIMG), Advertising Association of Ghana(AAG), Institute of Human Resource Management Practitioners (IHRMP) and founding member of Monitoring and Evaluation Association of Ghana. He has also served on seral committees which enable him to bring his rich experience to bear on management consulting among many other expertise he has acquired.

Prosper Hoetu is a youth development practitioner and consultant. He is currently the Executive Director of the Youth Network for Human Rights and Democracy (you-net).

Samuel is a Lecturer, Management Consultant and Youth Development Practitioner. He is currently the Managing Consultant of K-Sam Consulting Ltd and Management Lecturer at the School of IT Business at the Ghana Technology University College (GTUC). He is a very dynamic person with strong passion for progress and drive for excellence. Samuel has over ten years combined experience in the areas of Management, Business Development, Corporate Strategy, International Business, Monitoring and Evaluation, Market Research as well as Youth Development and has consulted for a number of corporate institutions including a significant number of Start-ups within West Africa. In 2010, he was part of a team put together to conduct a Customer Service Audit for some major airlines in Ghana. Again he was part of a team that consulted for the National Youth Authority on the Implementation Plan for the National Youth Policy of Ghana. He was also instrumental in advocacy and made significant inputs into the current Youth Law of Ghana. Samuel's educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Global Business and Entrepreneurship from the CASS European Institute of Management Studies (CASS Europe), a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA-Finance) as well as competency based certificates in the following areas; Corporate Strategy Development & Implementation, Monitoring and Evaluation, Budget Analysis, Contemporary Banking Practices, Report and Proposal Writing, Contemporary Management Skills and Oil & Gas Management. He is a Member of the American Evaluation Association (AEA) and currently the acting Secretary of the Monitoring & Evaluation Association of Ghana (MEAG) He has facilitated several capacity building and professional development workshops/seminars over the past ten years. His combined experience as a Lecturer, Researcher and Consultant enables him provide innovative solutions to our clients.
