The Public Procurement Authority (PPA) is a public entity in the State of Oregon formed by an Intergovernmental Agreement pursuant to Oregon Revised Statutes Chapter 190 (Intergovernmental Cooperation). The PPA became effective in August, 2013 and is comprised of three participating agencies which are Oregon fire protection districts: Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue, Jackson County Fire District No. 3, and Redmond Fire and Rescue.
