SAM - Key Persons
My name is Sam, and I am an Executive Coach and Training Specialist based in North East England. I believe people make the difference and I know that what each of us does counts. Knowing this, I work with business leaders and managers to adapt and grow, and importantly to take their teams and organisations with them.
Together, we create a safe space to unpick your challenges and barriers; finding new ways to engage, influence and solve complex problems with confidence. Using this reflective space, we will explore possibilities and positively challenge ideas about what is possible.
Operating independently since 2009, I have built my experience across a number of sectors, starting in Manufacturing and Engineering and now also working in Higher Education, NHS, Local Authority, Construction and the Third Sector.
I love the variety of my work which focuses on really understanding what each person can bring and working with them to realise their own ambitions. This may be successfully tackling an organisation restructure, finding their feet in a new role or supporting their own teams to thrive and succeed in demanding and uncertain environments.
