STEPS AHEAD CHILDMINDING - Key Persons

Laura Shrimpton has experience of being a nanny and decided that Steps Ahead would be a great idea to really help develop children's education in the comfort and security of her safe and welcoming home. Laura has completed an ICP (Introduction to Childcare) training course, and various courses on safe guarding and effective procedures for planning and observing. As well as this she has a Paediatric first aid certificate and is Ofsted registered. Both she and her husband Steven also have up to date Enhanced CRB checks. Laura is committed to undertaking future training courses to further develop her knowledge.
