THE ICE DOCTORS - Key Persons
Robert Williams is a Tampa Native and graduated from Gaither high school in 1987. Rob was an automotive technician from sophomore year until 1989. At that time he went to Irwin vocational school for A/C and Refrigeration and has continued to work in the refrigeration industry. He has worked at many Refrigeration companies throughout the Tampa area to gain experience and knowledge to qualify for the state contractors exam.
He passed the state exam and started Igloo Refrigeration at the age of 27. Rob then became partners in an Equipment leasing company with a former coworker after running a service and leasing company. He decided to merge all efforts into what is now S&W Refrigeration. This is a service and maintenance company that also leases Ice making equipment.
Rob is a licensed contractor and also a licensed pilot. He is married and has one daughter. Rob and his family live in the Odessa area in a home that he built and contracted.
