Welcome to The Pilates Studio. We have been teaching Pilates classes at our Finaghy studio for over a decade and have developed a reputation throughout the South Belfast area - and beyond - for delivering Pilates classes of the highest standard in a friendly and relaxed environment... We offer a wide range of Pilates Mat and Reformer classes to suit all levels of Pilates experience. We are also one of only a handful of Pilates studios in Northern Ireland who can offer you the opportunity to work on the full range of Pilates large equipment - including the Cadillac, Chair and Ladder Barrel. We also offer private tuition for a completely personalised Pilates session... Our teachers are highly qualified and experienced and have gained certification from some of the best Pilates Teacher Training providers in the world. We want to share our love of Pilates with you and show you how Pilates can make a positive difference in your life.
