Si is experienced in many areas of property investment, including buy-to-sell (flip), HMO (house of multiple occupation) / co-living, B2L (buy-to-let), BRRR (buy, refurb, rent, re-finance). In his element sourcing properties and crunching numbers, Si is responsible for acquisitions, purchasing most of our properties at auction. Si thrives in this fast-paced and transparent environment and over the years has developed a clear process he follows each and every time to ensure we buy well and the level of risk is minimised. Working with a fantastic team of solicitors and brokers, Si deals with everything to do with financing our projects. He's also a very experienced project manager, ensuring all our projects are delivered on time and budget, whilst working closely with local agents to ensure maximum sale prices are achieved.
