Louise Hart

Louise has worked in the audiology sector for 23 years, qualifying in Australia. Working in the UK for the last 12 years, Louise has specialised experience in tinnitus rehabilitation, bone anchored hearing aids (BAHA) and complex cases. More recently, Louise worked as an audiology specialist for Action for Hearing Loss/ Royal National Institute for the Deaf. As part of this, Louise helped make hearing loss research accessible to those outside audiology through fact sheets, talks etc. Louise was integral to her services' IQIPs accreditation, as Clinical Lead for Sussex Audiology Healthcare. Louise also sits on the Services Quality Committee of the British Academy of Audiology.

Tracy James

Tracy James is the director of Tracy James Hearing and Audiology Training Services which she runs while maintaining her clinical experience in the NHS. Tracy has over 15 years experience in Audiology, including both clinical training and lecturing at Masters' Level. Her clinical experience includes audiovestibular assessment and (re)habilitation of adult and paediatrics, from routine to complex cases. Between 2012 and 2015 Tracy was the Paediatric Service Lead for the Royal Surrey County Hospital in Guildford. Tracy is a member of the British Society of Audiology, British Academy of Audiology and is HCPC registered. She is also a teaching fellow of the Higher Education Academy. Tracy James provides training and consultancy services to professionals involved in the hearing industry. Example clients include: hearing aid dispensers, assistant audiologists, teachers of the deaf, educational audiologists, occupational health nurses, ENT nurses and GPs.
