Aaron W. Perry

He attended South Texas College of Law in Houston where he thrived and showed a passion for the courtroom. Aaron received a Best Speaker award in a Mock Trial competition and was an active leader at the Law School before graduating in 2008. After successfully passing the Texas bar exam, Aaron's path took him to Kansas City, Missouri to be with his wife. Aaron is also currently licensed to practice law in the State of Missouri. While living in Kansas City, he served as a Missouri state prosecutor. As an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney, he was initially responsible for handling misdemeanor crimes such as driving while intoxicated (DWI), assault, domestic violence and drug offenses. After a short time, he was promoted to a felony court and docket where he was responsible for handling a wide range of felony offenses including felony DWIs, violent assaults, burglaries and robberies. Aaron tried numerous cases to verdict and was successful in the courtroom. After almost three years as state prosecutor in Missouri, Aaron left the prosecutor's office in the summer of 2012 to return home to Texas with his family. Aaron was hired on with the Brazoria County District Attorney's office in Angleton, Texas as an Assistant District Attorney in the Fall of 2012. As a former felony prosecutor for the State of Texas, Aaron successfully prosecuted the most serious felony cases including narcotics, DWI fatalities, robberies, burglaries, sexual assaults and murders. He was undefeated and never lost a jury trial as a felony prosecutor. After four years as a Texas prosecutor, Aaron decided to leave the Brazoria County District Attorney's Office and founded The Law Firm of Aaron W. Perry, PLLC. Aaron is active in the community and enjoys spending time with his wife and children. His mission for founding the Perry Law Firm is to help those in need while serving God. Aaron is a former felony prosecutor in two different states who has personally handled thousands of cases and has tried numerous cases to verdict. Aaron never lost a jury trial as a lead felony prosecutor. He is an aggressive and experienced Trial Lawyer who shines in the courtroom and will fight for your rights!
