Annette joined our team in 2022 as an HR Director providing HR services to various clients. She has significant knowledge in leadership development, coaching, staffing, talent management, compliance and risk management, and organizational effectiveness. Annette has a passion for establishing and maintaining the processes and systems that enable organizations to leverage their people's skills and talents fully. She has worked in nearly every industry, from Nonprofit to technology and healthcare, and is a Certified Mediator. Her strong business acumen and her high level of expertise as an HR generalist make her a diverse and excellent consultant for the AIM HR Solutions team. Annette is happiest when her hand holds an artist's paintbrush or a cooking utensil. Most of my spare time is spent creating art and enjoying the beach with my husband and puppy.

Arlene Lennon

Arlene's leadership, management, and customer relationship abilities have been consistently demonstrated throughout her career. With industry experience in manufacturing, assisted living, and banking, Arlene brings a diverse skill set to her role. Beyond her professional accomplishments, she actively volunteers at Schultz's Guest House, a rescue organization dedicated to helping lost, homeless, and abandoned dogs in the southern region. Arlene's dedication to both her work and making a positive impact in the lives of animals reflects her compassionate nature and commitment to serving others. If she was not working at AIM HR Solutions, Arlene would be traveling around the country, doing yoga, and enjoying time with friends and rescue dogs.

Beth Chesler

Brenda is a trusted advisor and strategic business partner with leadership teams and employees providing HR expertise relating to all phases of the employment life cycle. Brenda has worked in the Banking industry and retail sectors. She is a Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR), HR Certification Institute. If she was not working at AIM HR Solutions, she would be traveling the world and volunteering her time trying to make the world a better place to live.

Dan Baker

In addition to his role at AIM HR Solutions, Dan also serves on the MetroWest Medical Center's Board of Trustees in Framingham, further testament to his commitment to the community. Beyond his numbers-driven role, Dan enjoys educating others. He frequently conducts training sessions for various levels of professionals, covering essential topics such as Performance Management, Total Rewards, Effective Communications, Managing Teams, and Conflict Resolution. Dan Guliano

Dan's expertise lies in delivering onsite learning, development, and ODHR services, as well as presenting AIM learning programs. Throughout his career, Dan has worked with large, sophisticated organizations as well as agile, high-growth smaller ones in the Manufacturing and Services sectors. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his role at AIM HR Solutions. In addition, Dan has been a member of the Adjunct Faculty at Southern New Hampshire University for over 20 years, further demonstrating his commitment to education and sharing his expertise.

Jen Moff

Jen joined the AIM HR Solutions team in 2022 as the Vice President of Learning & Development, where she focuses on the development and execution of our training programs. Learning and development professional by trade, with a background in acting and improvisation, allows her to merge fresh concepts with tactical tools. Before AIM HR Solutions, Jen founded Magical Mindfulness LLC in 2013, and it quickly grew to include Magical Mindfulness Retreats, Magical Mindfulness Consulting, her brand, and more. She is a volunteer for Charitywater.org and the Intimate Partner Violence Awareness program. Jen holds a Communication, Conflict Resolution, and Leadership Certificate from the Santa Fe College Leader Institute. She is also a member of the Women's Speakers Association and Innovation Women Speakers Bureau. Jen is also a published author; she has released several workbooks on Amazon dedicated to mindfulness and meditation. Jen has worked in telecommunications mobility, hospitality, retail, media, entertainment, technology, and educational sectors across North America. Kathleen Worthington

Kathleen joined AIM HR Solutions in 2016. As Senior Director, Education & Workforce Training, she has helped Massachusetts-based companies take advantage of funds available through the Workforce Training Fund, a Massachusetts public program which provides grant money to businesses for employee training. She also serves as executive coach, instructional designer, and facilitates leadership, unconscious bias, emotional intelligence, and customer service training programs. Prior to joining the AIM HR Solutions team, Kathleen led corporate Learning and Development organizations with a focus on leadership and employee engagement, development, and retention. Her career has spanned public and higher education, aerospace manufacturing, financial services, insurance, and construction in small to large global companies. In 2003 Kathleen founded Worthington Consulting, LLC where she helped companies bring out the best in their workforce by focusing on purpose, values and creating an inclusive culture. She is also a Make a Wish grantor, Girls Inc. volunteer as well as the founder of an annual K.I.S.S. (keep it simple sister) Retreat for women in recovery - celebrating 20 years! Terry oversees the AIM HR Helpline and compliance area, where she and our team provide invaluable resources and advice to AIM members on day-to-day HR issues. She also manages our recruitment services, excelling in finding the best candidates for roles in a variety of industries. Terry's passion for HR extends beyond her work at AIM HR Solutions, as she is a regular at our HR roundtables, where she shares her insights and experience with other HR professionals. He began his HR career at Ford Motor Company and has worked in high technology, biotechnology, non-profits, and healthcare. He has worked in small, medium, and large organizations. He has an interest in employee relations, employee development, and leadership training. Rubin is Board President of the Regional Environmental Council (REC). In addition, Rubin is a certified is Zinger Miller Trainer. If Rubin was not working at AIM HR Solutions, he would be doing youth development and employment work for low-income teens at REC.

Sarah Piscatelli

Sarah is an attorney who has worked with law firms, as a legal writer and editor, and also worked directly with private employers in a Senior Counsel/Attorney role, where she partnered closely with HR departments. She is MCAD trained and provides harassment and discrimination training and investigations. She has held numerous volunteer positions in schools, include as a Founding Trustee of a Boston Charter School. If she was not at AIM HR Solutions, she would be teaching literacy. Stacey Wenczel

Having worked primarily in manufacturing, Stacey is familiar with the unique employee relations, workplace safety, and legal compliance challenges and opportunities that arise in both large and small companies. Her areas of expertise include employee relations, leave and benefits administration, policy development, interviewing, and performance development/discipline. Stacey has worked in the manufacturing, human services, non-profit industry sectors. Stacey is an active member of her town's Personnel Committee and often volunteers with the Food Bank of Western Massachusetts. If Stacey was not working for AIM HR Solutions she would be cycling through the hills of Western MA or building up her courage to perform at an open mic.

Steve Pangione

Steve has domestic and international experience working in the high-tech, life sciences, non-profit, education, and professional services industries. He is a Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the HR Certification Institute and is DiSC certified. If he were not working at AIM HR Solutions, you would probably find him gardening or cooking, or at a wine tasting.

Tally Lauter

Tally started at AIM HR Solutions in 2012, where he is engaged in onsite Human Resources support for a variety of organizations. He has experience with large, medium, and smaller manufacturing companies as an engineer, plant manager, and HR professional. Companies supported by Tally include both public, as well as private, family-owned, and some unionized businesses. In addition to manufacturing organizations, he has experience working with the service, non-profit, and government industries. Tally is also on the Mayflower Council Boy Scouts of America Board of Directors as VP of Properties. He is also a notary and a licensed Eucharistic Minister in the Episcopal Church. If he was not working at AIM HR Solutions, he would be a National Park Ranger.

Tom Jones

With prior experience as Deputy Director and General Counsel to the Massachusetts Department of Labor, Tom oversaw the implementation of state labor and employment laws. He is well-versed in conducting harassment and discrimination training and investigations, holding MCAD training. In addition to his role at AIM HR Solutions, Tom serves as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Massachusetts-Boston, teaching management classes at both undergraduate and graduate levels.
