Once he moved into management he was well known for creating efficiencies within the company. This moved Terry up the ladder quickly and with renewed purpose. The auto industry is a very competitive business, and knowing this, Terry had to create a "Quality Built In Culture". This allowed associates to perform jobs with more efficiency and created an inclusive atmosphere for the employees doing the work. Terry decided then to create his own company with the same type of goals that he had set for his associates within the auto plant. He started Apex Industrial Services.
