Au Gratin is headed up by Executive Head Chef Brian Graham, with over 30 years experience running top level restaurants and hotels such as Turnberry Hotel, as well as winning multiple Culinary Olympic awards with the UK culinary team, we have the skills, knowledge, experience and contacts to provide the highest standard of produce and service to meet any requests or desires.
