Bethel Consulting was founded by partners Bob Fontenot and Ray Whaley in 1997 to provide highly experienced consulting services to the Oil & Gas Industry with specific emphasis on technology systems and solutions supporting pipeline related segments of that industry. Bethel's two founding partners each have nearly 40 years of experience delivering technology to meet business requirements for both liquid and gas pipeline companies. The partners began their careers in pipeline simulation software and application development companies and later as independent consultants before forming Bethel Consulting. Bethel's partners have had the opportunity to work with numerous pipeline companies and software vendors over their years of service to this industry gaining valuable insights into the business processes, organizational groups and technology solutions required by pipeline companies...
