Hello, I'm Kathy Harrington, Functional Medicine Nutritionist here at Bethlehem Nutrition & Wellness Center of Lehigh Valley, PA. My journey with natural health care began during my pregnancy with my first child (over twenty years ago!). Since I was unable to take over-the-counter medications, I became interested in natural alternatives, as well as the healing powers of food. During that same time, I began working in a natural health care setting. I worked in that setting (loved every minute of it) for eighteen years. As a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant, I counseled patients on exercise, stretching, & eventually on natural health & nutrition. Over the years, I found my niche was coaching patients through their detox/purification programs... We bring a combination of experience in the natural health care field along with the best nutrition education in the country to the Lehigh Valley...
