This therapy was pioneed by the late Harry Wachs ( Author of Thinking Goes to School and Visual/Spatial Portals to Thinking, Feeling, and Movement ) who believed therapy should following developmental sequence. Thus we focus on remediating the underlying causes to vision-related problems. Since every person is unique, our individualized treatment program is done one-on-one to maximize results... The main purpose of BVT is to get both eyes to work well together. Therapy may involve a combination of therapeutic lenses, in-office activities, and at-home exercises. This type of therapy is also known as behavioral optometry which was created over 100 years ago. Unlike other offices, our treatment program tailored for your unique goals, and therapy is done one-on-one to maximize results.
