To provide funds that will be used to work alongside the Grand River Conservation Authority to expand and improve systems that warn users of the river on potentially dangerous conditions that can result from changing volumes of water along the river... This will include targeted warning systems that provide real-time information to users, visual warning systems on the river itself and education within the community on water safety.
