Attorney Delano is a graduate of Northeastern University School of Law and the University of Maine at Farmington. He is also a veteran of the United States Air Force, having served as an enlisted member overseas in South Korea, England, and Iraq.
Attorney Ney graduated from Bridgewater State University in 2019 with her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, with a concentration in Legal Studies. Throughout her undergraduate, and through law school, Attorney Ney worked as an intern, then paralegal at a boutique family law firm.
Attorney Ney received her Juris Doctorate from New England Law Boston in 2022 and was admitted to practice before the Massachusetts Bar in November of 2022.
Throughout her time in Law school, Attorney Ney was a member of the Family Law Society, serving as Treasurer in her 2L year, and President in her 3L year. Attorney Ney was also a member of the New England Law Student Bar Association, and was a member of the New England Law Mentorship Program.
She is dedicated to providing her clients with the highest level of legal representation, and is committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for each and every one of her clients.
Attorney Brandon H. Tomkiewicz has been practicing law for approximately five years. His primary focus is domestic relations, including divorce, custody, modifications, paternity, and contempt actions. He prides himself in helping his clients navigate their complex (both financially and emotionally) domestic relations matters. He is a strong advocate for his client's rights and interests yet understands the impact that these matters can have on the family dynamic, and therefore, he knows when to be collaborative in the hopes of settling matters when necessary.

Biography
Attorney Christian S. Homsi has been practicing law since 2002. He practices primarily in the area of domestic relations and represents men and women. Attorney Homsi assists his clients in resolving child support, alimony, and high-conflict custody issues, as well as paternity actions that address child-related issues of unmarried parties. In divorce cases, for example, he fights for his clients to ensure that they receive their share of the marital assets to which they are entitled under the circumstances of their marriage. If a party does not comply with a court order or a judgment, Attorney Homsi will discuss the problem with his client and may resolve it by filing a Contempt action in the Probate and Family Court. And when circumstances change in a material way after a judgment has been rendered, Attorney Homsi can address the new situation by way of a Modification action in the Probate and Family Court if the issue of modifiability had been reserved in the judgment. "Family law concerns a variety of practical issues that affect each member of a family, most notably if the parties have children", Attorney Homsi says. "As a hands-on lawyer, I am familiar with the day-to-day struggles of divorcing or separating families and help my clients navigate through the court system with as little fear and uncertainty as possible." Attorney Homsi listens to his clients and prides himself on viewing a case from different angles to arrive at the most effective strategy that is tailored to a particular matter. He attempts to resolve his clients' cases by way of settlement but is not afraid to bring your matter to trial if the terms of the opposing party's settlement demands are unacceptable. Attorney Homsi is a graduate of Suffolk University Law School. His court admissions include the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States.

Melissa earned her J.D. from New England School of Law where she was a member of the Women's Law Caucus. She is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts and is a member of the Boston Bar Association. Melissa obtained her B.A. with a focus on Political Science from the University of Florida. Outside of the courtroom, Melissa enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and dog, Marley.
