CBT

I am a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist and practice traditional Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) as well as differing modalities to meet the assessed needs of individual clients... I have lived and worked in the Highlands for twenty years and have practiced as a CBT therapist since 2011. I am also a qualified social worker and have had over twenty years' experience of working with and supporting adults with mental health conditions, including adults with addictions, learning difficulties and physical health conditions.
