Darius T. Chan

Mr. Chan is the founding partner of the firm, which originally started as Law Offices of Darius T. Chan, P.C. back in 2007. Throughout the years, Mr. Chan assembled a team of talented professionals and staff to offer a full range of legal services to his clients.

Emily Wick Guevara

Mrs. Guevara was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Anthropology (Archaeology) from the University of California at San Diego. Thereafter, she lived and worked as an Archaeologist in California, Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, Utah, and Bolivia.

FELIX HU

Mr. Hu obtained his Bachelor's degree in Political Science with minor in History from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Mr. Hu then attended Temple University Beasley School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctorate. During law school Mr. Hu studied European law in Rome, Italy as well as Chinese law at Tsinghua University Law School where he earned a certificate in Chinese Law. Mr. Hu is fluent in Mandarin.

Henry Yu

Mr. Yu obtained his Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies and Philosophy from the University of California, Berkeley. Mr. Yu then attended Golden Gate University School of Law. During law school, Mr. Yu served as a Member for the Golden Gate University Environmental Law Journal and as an intern with the Office of the City Attorney for the City and County of San Francisco. Mr. Yu is a member of the California State Bar and is admitted to practice before all courts in the State of California. Mr. Yu is fluent in Cantonese and proficient in Mandarin.

John Chow

Mr. Chow is a native San Franciscan who has lived in San Francisco his entire life. He was born in Chinatown's Chinese Hospital and graduated from Lowell High School. He has been practicing law continuously for over 10 years. He brings innovative problem-solving skills, sound judgment, strong leadership, and a seasoned ability to advocate to the firm.

Ryan Chang

Mr. Chang has been practicing law since 2003 with a main focus in real estate, corporate, business, and investment immigration law. Mr. Chang has counseled and assisted property developers, company owners, and entrepreneurs with a wide variety of legal issues ranging from entitlement/land use, to corporate formation, to investment structure. Mr. Chang is a member of the California State Bar and is admitted to practice before all courts in the State of California as well as before the Northern Federal District Court of California. He is a member of the Bar Association of Alameda County.
