She received her Master's and Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin at Madison and her bachelor's degree in Psychology from Jacksonville State University in Alabama. Her cross-cultural experiences have instilled in her a passion for developing leaders who can transcend their own cultures to truly operate at the global level.
