Stephanie grew up in Shanghai, China, and was educated in the US. She received her Master's and Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin at Madison and her bachelor's degree in Psychology from Jacksonville State University in Alabama. Her cross-cultural experiences have instilled in her a passion for developing leaders who can transcend their own cultures to truly operate at the global level.
