Christine Suarez-Loures, Esq. is a Founder and President of Comp-X Medical Management, LLC. In this role, and alongside her business partner Leonard August, she oversees all business functions of the company. She is particularly responsible for the company's strategic planning, future growth and compliance, including legal as well as HIPAA. Comp-X maintains an extensive and growing National Provider Network and leverages that resource to provide services ranging from Non-Emergency Medical Transportation to Language and Translation Services, DME Services, Home Health Services, Diagnostic Services and Physical Medicine, all of which come under the purview of Christine's oversight. Christine has been involved in the Ancillary Medical Services industry for over 30 years. She has previously served as General Counsel for Multi-Care, Inc., one of the largest non-emergency medical transportation companies in the State of New Jersey. She also previously served as General Counsel for Med-X Global, LLC, an international revenue cycle management and Air Ambulance company. Her previous experience also included having served as General Counsel to Revenue-Guard Medical Management, LLC, a domestic revenue cycle management company that specialized in EMS billing and collections. She currently sits on the Advisory Board of Missions Beyond Borders, a New Jersey non-for-profit charity. Christine earned her undergraduate degree from Boston College in 1983 and her Juris Doctorate degree from Rutgers School of Law - Newark in 1989.

Lenny August - COO

Lenny August has more than 30 years of experience providing transportation and other ancillary services to support patient care. His career began in 1982 as an Emergency Medical Technician working for one of New Jersey's predominate private transportation services and also included positions as shift supervisor, dispatcher, communications manager, office manager and director of marketing. During his tenure with Multi-Care Ambulance (which was purchased Rural/Metro Ambulance in 1997) he also served as Medicare & HIPPA compliance manager and a collections supervisor. Lenny currently serves as vice president and co-owner of Comp-X Medical Management Services, a company he co-founded with James and Christine Loures in 2005. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company as well as marketing and program administration. Lenny is also co-owner and vice president of Med-X Global, an international revenue cycle management company. Lenny is active in the industry, participating in professional organizations, including serving as the current president and founder of Kids' Chance of New Jersey. Previously, he served as vice president and founding member of the mid-Atlantic chapter of the Case Management Society of America, vice president and founding member of Managed Care Network, vice president of the Rehabilitation Insurance Nurses Group and treasurer of the New Jersey chapter of American Association of Preferred Provider Organizations. He's also a contributing author to New Jersey Rehab magazine, a NJ-based case management publication and a member of the New Jersey, mid-Atlantic and NYC CMSA chapters, NJ/PA chapter of IARP, Kids' Chance of America, NJ chapter of RIMS, Self-Insured Institute of America, NJ Self Insured Association, Central Jersey Claims Association and the national RIMS organization.

Lori Citron

Lori Citron has over 30 years of experience within the workers' compensation and auto casualty cost containment markets. Prior to joining Comp-X Medical, Lori held key roles in account management, sales leadership, training and implementation, clinical education and operations management. Her experience includes bill audit, nurse code review, peer review, nurse telephonic case management and legal nurse file reviews. In 2017, Lori joined Comp-X Medical as vice president of operations and clinical services. She brings a wealth of customer relations, medical and clinical expertise to the company's customer service, provider relations, home healthcare and catastrophic care divisions. Prior to her career in workers' compensation and auto casualty cost containment, Lori's nursing experience included 15 years in the clinical setting specializing in neurology, physical medicine and psychiatry. Lori is licensed to practice nursing in 24 states. Additionally, she is a board member of Kids' Chance of New Jersey.
