CRA Associates, Inc. offers in-house services in programming, architecture, interior design, civil engineering, and construction administration. Our firm has been locally owned and operated in Chapel Hill, North Carolina for over fifty-nine years. Founded as Construction Engineers, Inc. in 1965, the firm grew and diversified to become Hakan/Corley and Associates in 1975. Since 2015, the firm is CRA Associates, Inc. and is being led by a new generation of professionals that maintain the high standards of design excellence and service. Our staff members are experienced in their respective fields and are adept at coordinating supporting disciplines - such as structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, acoustics, security, voice/data networks, landscaping and interior design.
