Our mission is to provide cost effective, high quality, GIS data, software and map products for our clients. We also strive to bring complex GIS technology to small and medium sized municipalities in such a manner that they are able to afford and utilize this technology... Based in southern Vermont, CTI consists of two principals, Susan Boswell and David Greenewalt, who have over 35 years of experience in the GIS/mapping field. We have completed projects that span from small maps for non-profit organizations to extensive GIS data development projects for the State of Vermont. The size of our company allows us to maintain a close rapport with clients during all phases of a project, while our expertise results in the highest quality products... CTI has been working with Vermont towns since 1995, and started its focus on creating tax maps in 1999.
