Dr Janney is a born and bred Tasmanian. She grew up on the North-West Coast before heading to Adelaide to study dentistry. Upon returning to Tasmania she settled in Hobart where she has been practising dentistry for over 20 years. Dr Janney enjoys all aspects of general dentistry. She strives to offer the best possible care to all her patients with a caring and relaxed approach. She enjoys working with people of all ages and hopes to educate her patients to help them maintain their teeth for life. Dr Janney is a member of the Australian Dental Association and regularly attends continuing education courses. She is always keen to broaden her dental knowledge. When not at work, Dr Janney is busy with her two children and attending their many sporting activities.

Dr Martin Lee is the Principal Dentist and co-owner of Dental on Macquarie. He has been practising dentistry in Tasmania for over 20 years and has extensive experience in all facets of general dentistry. His approach is one of genuine care and his solutions patient focussed. Dr Lee is qualified in the application of Invisalign teeth straightening and has a special interest in implant restoration and minor oral surgery.
Dr Stephen Dilger studied Dentistry at Charles Sturt University in New South Wales. Dr Dilger has worked for several years as a radiographer in both private and public hospitals of Hobart, prior to returning to university to study dentistry. Having spent time in rural NSW studying, Dr Dilger has returned to his home town to practise. With a strong interest in general dentistry, Dr Dilger looks forward to welcoming you to the Practice, and help you navigate and understand your oral health needs. He enjoys taking time to educate, and provide the tools for patients to enjoy a healthy dentition throughout all stages of their life. Outside of the Practice, Dr Dilger enjoys exploring the Tasmanian wilderness, scuba diving along the coastline, reading and spending time with family and friends.

Mel is a fully qualified dental assistant with Certificate III & IV in Dental Assisting. As one of our more experienced assistants, Mel is accredited to take radiographs and assists all of our practitioners across her 3-day working week.

Naomi is the co-owner of Dental on Macquarie. Whilst she leaves all of the dentistry to the professionals, Naomi manages all things business for the Practice including, Finance, Marketing & Human Resource Management. With a background in Business and HR, Naomi is passionate about creating a great place to work, professional and leadership development and in providing an excellent patient experience.
Shari works at front desk as well as assisting behind the scenes clinically. She has a diverse dental and administrative background and works at doM 3 days a week. Outside of work Shari enjoys spending time with her family and singing as part of the group, Hobart Harmony.
