Over 20 years ago Ann Fox was a new mum living in Dublin. She used to sit up at night dreaming up recipes while listening to the sound of her baby daughter Elizabeth asleep in her cot. It was during this time she decided that if she ever realised her dream to set up a bakery that she would call it ‘The Elizabeth Ann Dessert Collection'... A lot of sleepless nights, kilo's of flour and experimental tarts for family and friends have passed through her life since then but Ann never gave up on her dream and in 2010 she finally established her brand ‘The Elizabeth Ann Dessert Collection'... Award winning, hand made, luxury fruit tarts. Made with fresh seasonal ingredients and with no additives. Simply delicious!
