I have spent the past twenty years of my career owning and operating one of the largest privately owned medical colleges in Texas, The College of Health Care Professions (CHCP). In 1995, I was hired by original ownership, MacGregor Medical Association as Director of Finance, with the primary objective of growing a single campus school. Over the past twenty years I have served as a Campus President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive officer, while growing CHCP to eight campuses, one online campus and graduating over 10,000 students. In 2016, I sold my interest in CHCP and am focused on expanding the Emerald Insurance Agency a Campus President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive officer, while growing CHCP to eight campuses, one online campus and graduating over 10,000 students. Lupita spent 10 years as a property manager before changing to a career in the insurance industry. She believes that providing stellar customer service in day to day business is an important part of her work ethic. Lupita is very dedicated, knowledgeable and very well liked by the customers and peers. She is also fluent in Spanish. Lupita is an active volunteer and committee member for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. She is a actively involved in volunteerism and fund raising for charities related to children and animals. Lupita enjoys baking, reading books and traveling
