Kathy A. Seabrook

Kathy A. Seabrook is considered a futurist in the EHS world. She is the founder and President of Global Solutions, Inc and works with US and multinational companies focused on business, operational and commercial excellence using safety excellence (an integrated risk-based approach) as the lever for organization wide change in managing risk within the context of their business. Kathy holds OH&S certifications in the US, UK and Europe, is a published author, US Expert to PC 283/ISO 45001 OH&S Management Systems and member of the US ANSI Z10 OHSMS committee. She is Chair of the Board - Center for Safety and Health Sustainability, past president - American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE) and Fellow of the British Institution of Occupational Health and Safety and American Society of Safety Professionals. She is a member of the Social and Human Capital Coalition board of directors and served on the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) 403 OHS Standard Project Working group. She holds a BS in Chemistry from James Madison University, Harrisonburg, Virginia, USA Kathy does this important work because she believes people should have a safe and healthy place to work. This is good for them, their families and the company.

Mike Oberhill

Mike Oberhill makes the complex simple and easy to understand. Mike's passion is to help people understand the relationship between their business processes and systems while leveraging this understanding to make their organization stronger and the people better contributors. Mike has helped implement nearly two hundred management system software suites, covering heavy industry, aviation, metals/mining, pharmaceutical, medical device, and other industries. The knowledge and experience gained over 14 years positions Mike as a leading source on the process and practice of implementing quality, environmental, and health & safety systems supported by digital platforms. Mike holds a Master of Science in information technology management from American InterContinental University and a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Millikin University. He and his family live in St. Louis, MO.

My background is as a safety professional. In my first safety leadership role at General Electric, the plant manager asked me to lead a culture change. What I didn't know is that I would be leading first EHS related change and then changes related to other aspects of the business throughout my career. I founded Engaged Change Solutions in 2013 to help organizations with navigating complex changes. And often we're able to use health and safety as a lever to help an organization implement and execute its entire strategy. Based in Columbus, Ohio, Engaged Change Solutions helps leaders, teams, and organizations succeed in a world of change through leadership and organizational development consulting, facilitation, and coaching services. Tom Reeves has 18 years of experience leading and managing change. Beginning his career as a health & safety professional at General Electric, Tom was immediately tasked with leading a culture change. As his career progressed, Mr. Reeves led increasingly more complex organizational changes, first in health & safety and later in a wide variety of business functions. In 2013, Tom founded Engaged Change Solutions to help organizations change for good while developing leaders and teams. Mr. Reeves holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and a Master of Science in Loss Prevention & Safety, both from Eastern Kentucky University. Additionally, he holds a Certificate in Principles and Practices of Organizational Development, an Executive Coaching Certification, and the Certificate in Business Excellence, all from Columbia University. Tom lives in Lewis Center, Ohio with his wife, Stephanie.

William J. Ryan

Recent clients include Delta Faucet with a comprehensive talent staffing and development plan,Blue Circle Leadership developing a blended online program in leadership development, developing an implementation strategy for a Hiring for Competency model used by the National Retail Services, a state initiative focused on workforce development helping businesses retain and develop employees.He is actively working with a clinical start-up focused on improved neonatal techniques for clinicians across the country and on a blended leadership and coaching program for a multi-state manufacturing concern.
