Delicia is a retired wills and trusts attorney who still is licensed and a member in good standing with the New York State Bar Association. When first retired, she worked tirelessly on mortgage modifications for her clients during the economic downturn. Once the law changed, Delicia joined Craig in their Real Estate business, and thereafter became a Professional Guardian. She knows first hand the many resources needed to support the well being of individuals who need some level of aid and assistance. Whether it be finding government or Veterans benefits, acting as a fiduciary for an individual, or just finding people to do odd jobs around the house, Delicia can help. Sometimes families live far away and need a professional who is licensed and bonded to aid in the management of life for our loved ones, and Delicia is your trusted fiduciary.

Both Craig and Delicia are active in their community and operate an outreach ministry called Restoration Ministries. They seek to lift up those that need a helping hand.
