Mr. Andrej K. Karpinski

Mr. Andrej K. Karpinski background is in funds management, investment banking, risk management, mining, commodities trading, technology and research. Over the years Mr. Karpinski provided advice to private and public entities, government instrumentalities, semi-government bodies, sovereign funds and banking institutions, family offices and multinationals operating in variety of sectors. Over the last 7 years Mr. Karpinski raised or arranged equity funding in excess of $20 million for companies operating a diverse range of projects in Australia and Europe. He has held senior positions with Australian and international companies operating in research and development, mining and exploration, oil and gas, corporate finance, commodities trading and funds management. Mr. Karpinski is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Fellow of Financial Services Institute of Australasia and a Professional Member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers.

Mr. Jan Paluch

Mr. Jan Paluch, born in 1954, graduate of the Jagiellonian University. In years 1980 - 1981, Solidarity activist, publisher. Owner of Wydawnictwo M Publishing House, which still continues its publishing activity. In years 1982 - 1990, president and co-owner of IT companies. Founder of Poland's first private TV studio and a medical company. In 1990, founder and president of Maszachaba Foundation, which aims at providing medical assistance and supporting projects in the area of new technologies. Maszachaba Foundation, as one of the first ones, helped victims of the Chernobyl disaster; it organised and provided modern diagnostic equipment to the Imaging Diagnostic Centre in Kiev. Since 1994, President of the Polish Branch Office of the Ukrainian Association of Entrepreneurs and Industrialists. Organiser and co-owner of companies operating in Poland, Ukraine and South-Eastern Asia, in telecom, energy, geology and mining sectors.
