The Chief Executive Officer at Recovery Unplugged, Andrew Sossin handles the strategic partnerships and financial relationships for Recovery Unplugged across the country. He also seeks out and chooses all of the facilities and cities that we open in. Andrew has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida, and in addition, completed an exchange program at a business school in London, England. He has founded several previous business, including a record label, music management company, insurance agency, and call center.

Eric Barash

Mr. Barash has over thirty-five years of experience in providing strategic advisory services and funding solutions for businesses globally. He was President and CEO of Performance Capital Corporation ("PCC") and prior to that established General Interlease Corporation ("GIC") where he was its President and CEO until the company became the platform acquisition of First Sierra Financial, Inc. ("First Sierra"), which was later acquired by American Express; he was First Sierra's Global Strategic Planner. Eric was a partner in Brewco Motorsports Inc., a NASCAR race team and a co-founder of Brewco Marketing Group, an experiential marketing firm serving leading brands worldwide. Another venture of Mr. Barash's was appointed as the first dealer for Orange County Choppers, from the famed television series "American Chopper". Eric has served on a number of boards and has been active in equipment leasing and finance industry associations over the years. Eric earned a B.S. degree in Marketing and Economics from LIU Post and a J.D. degree from the University of Miami School of Law.

Jonathan Sherry serves as the Vice President of Business Development & Talent Acquisition of Suncap Technology Executive & Financial Staffing. He brings 17 years of recruiting expertise to Suncap Technology Executive & Financial Staffing most recently serving for eight years as the Director of Wealth Management for a South Florida staffing company focusing on high level positions in banking, brokerage and finance. Jonathan has recruited and placed some of the country's most respected financial advisors at wirehouses, regional firms and independent broker dealers. (Morgan Stanley, UBS, Bank of America) His years in handling recruiting and staffing in the financial services industry provides Jonathan with a wealth of understanding the unique and specific needs of his clients. Klifton S. Fehr

Klifton S. Fehr is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 10 years experienced in running group therapy sessions with youth and adults, working within the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors. Klifton has dedicated his career to helping those suffering with severe and persistent mental illness, incarcerated, suffering from substance use disorder and persons working through many other mental health concerns. Working within many of the community based and private agencies throughout Broward County, Mr. Fehr has been able to shed light on some of the difficulties that society faces as at large by being a prominent example of "guide by your side" and having his approach assist in helping heal those in conflict. Now having over 2 years' experience with Face The Music's Get In Tune program, Mr. Klifton S. Fehr is working to improve the impact that psychoeducation can have on the lives of our youth throughout the country, while building their self-esteem, improving their ability to set healthy boundaries and assisting in educating to days youth on the perils of bullying.
