The FEA 1031 PAC provides an opportunity for FEA members to support federal legislators who share our view, values and who will help us protect Section 1031 from any potential tax reform. By pooling our resources through the FEA 1031 PAC, we can ensure that our voices are heard in Washington... We are the Political Action Committee for the Federation of Exchange Accommodators. We support candidates who support 1031 exchanges. We're passionate about educating candidates about this vital component of our economy. There is a reason 1031 exchanges have been in existence since 1921.
