Adesola Ogundiran

Adesola has 15 years' experience in finance, audit, risk management, IT consulting, business improvement strategy, private equity investment and health systems strengthening. He was a Senior Consultant with the Audit and Business Assurance division of KPMG in Nigeria where he led statutory audits, IT assurance and financial advisory engagements across West Africa. He served as an investment executive with The Abraaj Group (formerly Aureos Capital). He was an active member of the team that managed over $160m investments in companies across West Africa; implementing value creation strategies and managing financial and investment risks to ensure business integrity and performance. Adesola also served as the Chief Financial & Operations Officer of Echolily Investments LLC, owners of a healthcare group comprising multi-specialist hospitals, pharmaceuticals distributor and diagnostic centres. He was a key member of the executive team that managed the business expansion from a single location to five centres across states and tripled the Group's revenue. He is a consultant to the Health Strategy and Delivery Foundation (HSDF) where he engages with over 100 Medical Directors of private hospitals to address complex and fundamental health system challenges and improve their governance, financial management systems, and business sustainability. He also consults with the Healthcare Leadership Academy (HLA) as a resource person for the Healthcare Financial Management Workshop. Adesola holds a bachelor's degree in computer science, and he is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and the International Health Economics Association (iHEA).

Dr Kelechi Ohiri is a Managing Partner at Flint Atlantic and has over 15 years' experience in the healthcare sector spanning clinical medicine, consultancy and advisory in the public and private sectors. Kelechi has served as a Senior Adviser to the Ministers of Health and Finance in Nigeria. He was also an Engagement Manager with McKinsey and Company, where he served healthcare clients in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. His functional focus areas were private equity, strategy and organization design. Before McKinsey, Kelechi worked with the World Bank Group, focusing on strengthening health systems in emerging markets in Asia, the Middle East and Africa. Kelechi has served on a number of global expert advisory panels for several international organizations, including the Institute of Medicine, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the World Bank and the World Health Organization and serves as Chair of a working group on Programmatic Sustainability for the Global Fund. He is currently on the Board of the WHO's Alliance for Health Systems and Policy Research. He is also a Visiting Scientist at the Harvard University, a Desmond Tutu fellow of the African Leadership Initiative and member of the Aspen Global Leadership network. Dr Ohiri earned a medical degree from the University of Lagos. He also holds a Master of Public Health degree and a Master of Science in Health Policy and Management, both from Harvard University.

Olusola is an Investment Analyst with experience spanning, finance, financial reporting, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions and financial advisory. He served briefly as Finance and Strategy Analyst in TEP Centre Limited, an education development and research firm. Before joining Flint Atlantic, he worked as an Investment Banking Analyst with Boston Advisory Limited where he structured and executed deals in healthcare, power and energy sectors. Olusola is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and a candidate in the CFA programme.
