His focus areas include primary production, seed multiplication, sales, and protecting proprietary genetics. In addition to his work at HFA, Lauchlan co-founded Australia's first hemp-based pet food brand, Therabis, which saw success across Australia and New Zealand. With a dual degree in International Business and Mandarin, Lauchlan is also the President of the Queensland Industrial Hemp Association and Vice President of the Australian Hemp Council.
