Lauchlan Grout - CEO, Founder

Lauchlan Grout is the CEO and co-founder of Hemp Farms Australia (HFA), which he established in 2013 with Harrisson Lee. Lauchlan has played a pivotal role in HFA's growth, working across nearly every aspect of Australia's industrial hemp supply chain. His focus areas include primary production, seed multiplication, sales, and protecting proprietary genetics. In addition to his work at HFA, Lauchlan co-founded Australia's first hemp-based pet food brand, Therabis, which saw success across Australia and New Zealand. With a dual degree in International Business and Mandarin, Lauchlan is also the President of the Queensland Industrial Hemp Association and Vice President of the Australian Hemp Council.

Michael Lee
