When our founder, Randy Baldwin, first fell in love with the plumbing trade, he began working with a few different companies in his area. During this time, he determined that something was missing from each of these companies - something that he felt he could bring to the community that no one else was offering. Providing a customer experience that is a genuinely enjoyable, positive experience is something he just wasn't seeing in the market, so he set out to fill that role.
