JAMES VASEK

A prominent figure in the industrial and process engineering fields, James Vasek has largely worked for Freescale Semiconductor for the majority of his career. Freescale Semiconductor, which merged with NXP Semiconductors in 2015, is a multinational corporation focused on design, research, development and manufacturing. Mr. Vasek has held a variety of roles with the company, including, process engineer, process engineering manage, research and development engineer and capital and capacity manager... Mr. Vasek earned a Bachelor of Arts in psychics from Rice University in 1991. He continued his education at the University of Wisconsin to earn a Master of Science in psychics and materials sciences. In addition to his work with Freescale Semiconductor, he has consulted for Brion Technologies. In 1991, he was recognized by Rice University with the Heaps Prize.
