Channing is a Managing Partner of Jackson Hole Capital Partners in Tulsa. Prior to co-founding the firm in 2017, Channing was a Managing Director at Capital Advisors, where he spent over 12 years managing the firm's equity strategies. During his time there, Channing was a frequent contributor on CNBC and CNBC Asia, and he was quoted regularly in The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, MarketWatch and other financial publications. Channing graduated from Indiana University in 1998 with a BS in Entrepreneurship, and he earned an MBA from Southern Methodist University in Dallas with a focus in Finance and Accounting in 2004. Georgia Moser is a Client Services Manager with Jackson Hole Capital Partners. Prior to joining the firm in 2019, Georgia was a Client Services Associate for 15 years, spending time with both Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch. Before moving to Tulsa in 2004, Georgia worked for Caxton Associates, a large alternative investment management firm in New Jersey, where she served as an operations specialist. Prior to Caxton, Georgia spent five years at Goldman Sachs in Princeton, New Jersey, serving as an operations analyst with the firm's foreign exchange department. She received a diploma in Business at The Berkeley School in Little Falls, NJ.

James R. Hodge

James R. Hodge is the President and Chief Investment Officer of Arrowsmith, LLC. He is also a member of the Indiana University Foundation Board of Directors, serving on the investment committee. The Hodge Hall Undergraduate Center was named in honor of his lifelong commitments to Indiana University's Kelley School of Business. Previously, for 29 years, he served as the President and Chief Investment Officer of Permal Asset Management LLC which became a subsidiary of New York Stock Exchange listed Legg Mason, Inc. Prior to that, he held a number of positions culminating in Director of Cost Accounting during four years of employment at the New York Stock Exchange. He was also the CFO at Biolectron, Inc. a start-up medical products company that supplied orthopedic devices to Bristol-Myers. James R. Hodge is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive status) in the state of New Jersey. He earned an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.S. with highest distinction from Indiana University.

He began his career at Permal Asset Management in New York, an alternative investment firm where he spent over six years as a financial analyst and portfolio manager for several of the firm's alternative investment vehicles. John graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 2005 with a BA in Business Administration.

Jordan T. Hunt

Jordan Hunt is a Portfolio Manager with Jackson Hole Capital Partners. Prior to joining the firm in 2020, Jordan was a Portfolio Manager at Trust Company of Oklahoma, spending two years managing client assets and serving as the primary equity analyst for the energy and consumer discretionary sectors. Before Trust Company of Oklahoma, Jordan spent three years as an investment consultant with Corporate Consulting Group, advising large foundations, endowments and pensions plans. Jordan graduated from the University of Missouri in 2012 with a BS in Biological Sciences and earned an MBA with a focus in wealth management from the University of Tulsa in 2015. Jordan is a member of the CFA Society of Oklahoma, the CFA Institute, and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Marc Lasry is the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Avenue Capital Group, a global alternative investment manager focused on distressed and undervalued debt and equity opportunities in the U.S., Europe and Asia. In 1995, Mr. Lasry formed Avenue with his sister, Sonia Gardner, with less than $10 million in capital from friends and family. Today, Avenue is one of the largest distressed debt investors globally, managing assets of approximately $11.6 billion, with headquarters in New York City, and offices in London, Luxembourg, Madrid, Silicon Valley and five offices throughout Asia. Mr. Lasry is known as a pioneer in distressed investing which has been the focus of his professional career for over 37 years. After law school, Mr. Lasry clerked for the Honorable Edward Ryan, Chief Bankruptcy Judge for the Southern District of New York. He spent the following year practicing law at Angel & Frankel, which focused on bankruptcies. Mr. Lasry subsequently became the Director of the private debt department at R.D. Smith, the firm where he first became involved in "trade claims," the market in purchasing and selling to investors the unsecured claims of vendors and other creditors against a debtor. In 1987, he moved to Cowen & Company where he was Co-Director of the bankruptcy and corporate reorganization department. It was at Cowen that he caught the attention of the Texas investor Robert Bass, who was a client of the firm. When he left Cowen, Mr. Lasry went to manage over $100 million for the Robert Bass Group, where he invested in bank debt, senior bonds, and trade claims. The Bass fund Mr. Lasry oversaw was called Amroc Investments, L.P., and, at the time, it stood as one of the largest distressed funds in the U.S. In 1990, he co-founded a boutique distressed brokerage firm, keeping the Amroc name and maintaining the affiliation with the Robert Bass Group. Mr. Lasry is currently a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, and he has served and will continue to serve on various other boards of advisors/directors of both for-profit and not-for-profit private and public companies. He is also co-owner of the Milwaukee Bucks NBA team. Mr. Lasry received a B.A. in History from Clark University (1981) and a J.D. from New York Law School (1984).

Paul Hudson

Paul Hudson is the founding partner of Glade Brook Capital Partners, serves as its Chief Investment Officer, and has led all investment efforts since inception. Earlier in his career, Mr. Hudson was an Analyst at Rhombus Capital Management, an Associate at Alterity Partners, and an Analyst at Morgan Stanley & Co. Philip R. Houchin - President

Philip is the President of Jackson Hole Capital Partners in Tulsa. Prior to joining the firm in January 2021, Mr. Houchin was Chief Financial Officer at Mid-Con Energy Partners, LP (NASDAQ: MCEP) for over two years. During his time at Mid-Con, he was part of a management team that led a successful corporate restructure and recapitalization, which ultimately led to his separation with the Partnership. Before venturing into the oil and gas industry, Mr. Houchin spent 18 years in commercial banking. Mr. Houchin was Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer of Patriot Bank. As part of a management team and group of investors, Mr. Houchin helped with the purchase of the bank in 2009 and eventual sale in 2017. Prior to Patriot Bank, Mr. Houchin held various positions with Summit Bank and Bank of Oklahoma. Philip graduated in 2000 from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Southwest Graduate School of Banking at the Cox Business School at Southern Methodist University.

Robert Kaplan - CEO

Robert is a Managing Partner of Jackson Hole Investment Partners in New York. Rob began his career in 1988 in the financial services practice of Ernst & Whinney (which is today EY). He moved into asset management in 1996, when he joined Worms & Cie a multi-family office that had commercialized its investment success and transformed into Permal Group. As an Analyst, Rob worked on private equity and hedge fund investments. Promoted to EVP/ Deputy Chief Investment Officer, he was responsible for hedge fund due diligence, managing the 30-member investment team, and designing the firm's investment processes. With the firm sold to Legg Mason in 2005, Rob eventually became Permal's Chief Investment Officer in 2011. He set investment policy, constructed hedge fund portfolios, directed the buildout of an 80-manager/$10 billion managed account platform, launching several funds and pioneering the use of secondary market trades as well as co-investments into public and private debt and equity securities while becoming one of the public faces of the firm. Two years after Permal's merger with EnTrust, in which Rob became a Senior Managing Director and member of the Global Investment Committee, he retired in 2018. He formed Jackson Hole Investment Partners in 2020. Rob graduated from the State University of New York at Albany with a degree in Accounting and earned his MBA at Columbia University with Honors.

Robert Koenigsberger - Chief Investment Officer, Founder

Mr. Koenigsberger is Founder, Chief Investment Officer and the Managing Partner of Gramercy. He founded Gramercy in 1998 with a vision for the firm to become a global, institutional investment management firm focused on emerging markets. Mr. Koenigsberger has 34 years of investment experience dedicated to emerging markets with a specialization in distressed opportunistic credit strategies. Prior to founding Gramercy, Mr. Koenigsberger was a Senior Vice President at Lehman Brothers from 1995 to 1998, where he managed the bank's sovereign debt restructuring group. Prior to that, he was a Vice President at Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith, Inc. for three years, where he traded performing and distressed emerging markets debt securities in New York, London and Hong Kong. From 1987 to 1991, he held the position of Vice President at CR-P Associates, a financial advisory firm with offices in Central and South America that led sovereign debt restructurings, debt buy-backs and debt-equity swap transactions in Latin America. Mr. Koenigsberger is a member of the Lauder Institute's Board of Governors at The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He is also a member of the President's Advisory Council at Elon University and the Chancellor's Advisory Council at Texas Christian University. Mr. Koenigsberger was until recently a member of the Board of Trustees for the Millbrook School and served as the Chair of the Investment Committee for the Millbrook School Endowment. Mr. Koenigsberger received a MBA in Finance from Wharton, a MA in International Studies with a concentration in Latin America from the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in Latin American Political Science and History of Latin America with a minor in Economics from the University of California, San Diego where he graduated with honors. Mr. Koenigsberger completed his undergraduate and graduate theses on the Historical Origins and Implications of the Latin American Debt Crisis.

Mr. Kim is the Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer of Standard General. He has worked in the hedge fund industry since 1997, specializing in distressed and special situations investing. Prior to founding Standard General in 2007, he was one of the Founding Partners and Director of Research of Cyrus Capital Partners, a Principal at Och-Ziff Capital Management and an analyst at the Bankers Trust Company. Mr. Kim currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bally's Corporation (NYSE: BALY). He also serves as a Director of Pursuit Transformation Company, a Director and Treasurer of the Cary Institute of Ecosystem Studies, and the President of the Stuyvesant High School Alumni Association. Mr. Kim was inducted into the GAMCO Investment Management Hall of Fame in 2016 and won American Executive of the Year at the Global Gaming Awards in 2021. He holds an A.B. from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University.

Stephen C. Freidheim

Stephen C. Freidheim is the Chief Investment Officer, Founder, and Managing Partner of Cyrus Capital Partners, an investment advisory firm with offices in New York and London. Before starting Cyrus twenty years ago, Mr. Freidheim held positions at Bankers Trust and Nomura Securities. He started his career at Kidder, Peabody & Co. Mr. Freidheim has served on several corporate boards, including that of the airline Virgin America, which he also cofounded with Richard Branson. He is on the Board of Directors of the Council on Foreign Relations and chairs its Investment Committee. He is also Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of the Peterson Institute for International Economics. He serves on the Yale University Council and the Advisory Board of the Tobin Center for Economic Policy. Mr. Freidheim received a BA in economics from Yale University.

Tom Biolchini

He is Chairman of Vast Bank, Vice Chairman of Bank of Jackson Hole, President of Bancshares of Jackson Hole, and President of Tulsa Valley Bancshares. He is currently Chairman of Monte Cassino's Board and is also a Board member of the Tulsa Chamber, Committee of 100, Tulsa Day Center for the Homeless, 1921 Race Massacre Commission, and a member of YPO. He practiced law at both Crowe Dunlevy and Stuart, Biolchini & Turner until he became a full-time banker. Tom received his BA from the University of Notre Dame. He then worked for Jones Lang & Lasalle as a financial analyst in Chicago before returning to South Bend to earn an MBA and a JD from the University of Notre Dame.

Prior to joining Jackson Hole Investment Partners in 2021, Tre was, until December 2019, a Senior Vice President on the Investment Research team at EnTrust Global, a $20 billion alternative asset manager in New York. In that role, Tre's focus was U.S.-based long/short equity hedge funds, co-investment allocations and customized separate accounts for several large institutional clients. Prior to EnTrust Global, Tre was a Capital Markets attorney at Latham & Watkins LLP in New York where he represented investment banks, corporations, and private equity firms as underwriters, issuers, or sponsors in connection with registered public offerings and private placements of equity and high yield debt securities. Tre earned a Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia.
