KIDS CLINIC - Key Persons
Dr Frank Chen is a specialist paediatrician who sees children of all ages from newborns to adolescents with a variety of general paediatric issues such as asthma, eczema, constipation, bedwetting, obesity, growth and nutritional problems. He also has special interests in developmental, behavioural problems and learning difficulties.
Dr Chen studied medicine in New Zealand and completed his specialist training at The Children's Hospital at Westmead. He is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians in General Paediatrics and a Member of the Chapter of Community Child Health. Dr Chen is passionate about working holistically and in collaboration with your family, GP, allied health therapists, and your school. This is particularly important for children with disabilities and complex medical needs to achieve the best outcome for your children.
Dr Nassar completed his medical school at Kaunas Medical Academy, Lithuania. He was then awarded Certificate of Specialization as a Paediatrician from the reputable Lebanese University in Beirut. Dr Nassar continued further training at The Children's Hospital at Westmead - Sydney and became a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP) -Specialist in General Paediatrics.
Dr. Nassar worked in various tertiary hospitals throughout Lebanon. He relocated to Sydney and has been working as a Paediatric doctor at the Children's Hospital at Westmead for 10 years. He gained extensive experience and skills in managing children particularly with:
Behavioural: ADHD and other challenging behaviours
Developmental: Autism Spectrum Disorder, developmental delay including speech.
Learning Difficulties
Newborns conditions
Asthma and Chronic cough
Allergy and Eczema
Constipation
Bedwetting and Daytime wetting
Skin Rashes
Seizures disorders
Dr Nassar believes that your family doctor (GP) is your first contact, they give their best primary care for your children. However, parents may need some additional assistance with a specialist in children's health (Paediatrician).

Dr Hegazy is a consultant Paediatrician who enjoys all aspects of neonatal, developmental, behavioural and paediatric care. She has a particular interest in supporting new parents adjusting to the challenges of a newborn including: infant feeding, settling, growth and weight gain.
Dr Hegazy is also passionate about childhood allergies and is currently completing master's degree in Allergic Diseases.
She was trained between Sydney Children's Hospital and Children's Hospital at Westmead and completed her paediatric fellowship at Royal North Shore hospital.
Dr Hegazy has been a great asset to Kids Clinic.
