L2L CONSULTING TEAM

The L2L - Link to Leadership adventure began on the trails while we trained and competed on an all-girl adventure racing team. We had to link our physical skills with our mental skills in order to succeed. We were not the most talented team, however, we trusted one another, knew how to communicate effectively, and committed to the training and hard work needed to compete. As a diverse team, we had our own individual talents and weaknesses. Cohesion was necessary, in order to compete we had to be aligned, and we had to finish together. Throughout the years we trained and competed, we were often discouraged. We didn't give up or give in to the challenges that got in the way. We knew we could navigate through unpredicted obstacles, scale walls, run and bike while in pain and frightened. We kept a united front, supported one another, and challenged each other to be our best. We had all of the components of a high-performing team and we were winners!... The workforce is constantly..
