Our company is supervised by the Central Bank of Curaçao and Sint Maarten. The large pension funds of Aruba have received permission from the Central Bank of Aruba to cede their risks to KTB Life N.V. Our re-insurer is Swiss Re in Switzerland, the largest one in the world in terms of life- and disability insurance. KTB Life N.V. has also some additional re-insurances with Swiss Re, the "stop loss" and the "catastrophe coverage." These ensure that we are always able to meet our financial obligations.
