Herbert B. Lebovitz

Herbert B. Lebovitz, Esq. (1908-1998) began practicing law over 90 years ago in the Pittsburgh area. Lebovitz & Lebovitz, P.A., formed by Herbert B. Lebovitz, Esq. and his son, Robert A. Lebovitz, Esq., in 1968, offers the experience of three generations of lawyers. Stephen H. Lebovitz, Esq. and Richard D. Lebovitz, Esq. now practice with Robert A. Lebovitz, Esq. continuing the family tradition.

Robert A. Lebovitz

Robert A. Lebovitz, Esquire, graduated from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania in 1959 as a real estate and finance major where he was on the Dean's list. He graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1962, where he was awarded the American Jurisprudence Prize for Excellence in both Constitutional and Administrative Law. He received the George Woods Memorial Award for outstanding work in his second year, won the Pittsburgh National Bank Estate Planning Prize and was co-captain of the Moot Court Team.Admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in January 1963, Robert served in Mannheim, Germany as 15th QM BN Assistant BN Executive Officer. He was also responsible for income tax assistance to the entire 6th QM Group.

Stephen H. Lebovitz

Stephen H. Lebovitz, Esquire, graduated from the Wharton School, the University of Pennsylvania in 1986 with a B.S. in Economics concentrating in finance. Attorney Lebovitz then obtained his Juris Doctor from the Law School at the University of Pittsburgh in 1989. Admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1989, he joined Lebovitz & Lebovitz, P.A. practicing with his father and grandfather. He was admitted to the Maine Bar in 1992 and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1993. Mr. Lebovitz is active in litigation. He is often in court arguing matters concerning construction liability, corporate dissolution, real estate matters, such as partition or foreclosure, personal injury, property boundary, and inheritance issues. He appears before the Social Security Administrative Law Judges, Workers' Compensation Judges such as partition or foreclosure. Attorney Lebovitz also handles family matters, estate planning, and tax work.
