BreAnna Booth recently joined LSM as a staffing specialist after several years' experience in the medical, security, housekeeping, and food service industries. Her direct experience with many of the industries that LSM Staffing serves allows BreAnna to develop effective strategies for the recruitment and retention of qualified staff. Widely recognized for her strong work ethic and attention to detail, BreAnna plays a key role in supporting day-to-day operations and contributing to the long-term success of LSM Staffing.
Emily Casta ñeda was recently promoted to Chief Operations Officer of LSM Staffing. Since joining the company in 2019, she quickly became an invaluable asset to our company with proven skills in problem-solving, multi-tasking, and customer focus. Because of her integrity, dedication, and competence, Emily quickly grew into the role of the president's right-hand person. Emily now leads and oversees the company's day-to-day operations and works closely with the president to make important company decisions. Her background includes various positions in the manufacturing industry, including roles in supervision, human resources, and payroll. Emily is also fluent in both English and Spanish, which greatly expands LSM's capabilities in the local labor market. In addition to a high degree of competence, Emily brings enthusiasm and compassion to her position, and we are so grateful to have her as part of the LSM Staffing team.
Tammy Cange is the founder and President of LSM Staffing, which she started in 1998. As an independently owned business, Tammy attributes the success of LSM to her ability to maintain individual relationships with clients, some of whom have been with LSM Staffing for over a decade. She is also passionate about contributing to the community and brought her entrepreneurial spirit to the non-profit world as founder and administrator of an organization that served vulnerable people in the community for ten years. She is probably best known by close family and friends as the ‘dog whisperer' because of her long history of adopting and caring for shelter dogs.
