Josh is a dual-qualified Physiotherapist and Exercise Physiologist, holding degrees from the University of Sydney and the University of Wollongong. His professional passion lies in assisting clients in enhancing their well-being, whether it involves managing a medical condition or regaining function to pursue activities they enjoy. Josh's own history of sports-related injuries has equipped him with firsthand knowledge of successful rehabilitation processes. He understands the role of exercise therapy in facilitating recovery and restoring individuals to peak performance levels. His specific areas of interest include lower limb musculoskeletal rehabilitation, addressing lower back pain, and managing neurological conditions. Josh is currently splitting his clinical time between Figtree Private Hospital and Medicine In Motion and you can find him at the Corrimal location on Wednesday and Thursday.

Rosie Nicholls

Rosie graduated from Edinburgh University with an Honors in Medical Biology she then went on to do a Masters of Physiotherapy at Robert Gordon's University, Scotland - graduating in 2015. Since graduating Rosie has primarily worked with patients treating injuries from work or sport; post-operative rehabilitation; pre & post-natal care; neurological conditions; disability and aged care. Rosie has extensive experience in the differential diagnosis and management of musculoskeletal disorders. Her interests are in treatment of musculoskeletal dysfunctions of the upper limb and lumbo-pelvic area. She enjoys collaborating with patients to get them back to work, sports and life by achieving their goals and by implementing a healthy lifestyle. Rosie has completed further training in Women's Health Physiotherapy. She has a personal interest in physiotherapy during and after pregnancy. She has developed a return to run program to support women back to sport and life after having a baby. Rosie has also further developed her knowledge and skills with courses in clinical pilates; management of sporting injuries; dry needling; and advanced manual therapy techniques. Rosie uses her collection of skills, including manual therapy and exercise prescription within her practice. In her spare time, Rosie enjoys playing Ultimate Frisbee where she has achieved success representing Australia at the World Championships and the World Games. Rosie has recently taken a break from international competition, taking on a new challenge, with the birth of her first child. She continues to enjoy an active lifestyle and when she isn't chasing a frisbee around she enjoys rock climbing, trail runs and swimming.
