Moe Engineering has extensive experience designing, managing, and coordinating local, state, and federally-funded grant projects. We have worked closely with Caltrans Local Assistance staff and Caltrans Structures Local Assistance and are very familiar with the Local Assistance Procedures Manual. In addition, we continue to assist several agencies for updating their annual Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program and calculation of DBE goals for specific projects.
