TELEWEST IV

We provide a one stop shop for all types of communication for inmates including telephone calls, video visitation, texting, and digital mail... Telewest provides a booking kiosk, a machine used to program the name and pin number of the inmate. When he/she is booked, their profile is added to an inmate-welfare fund where their money is placed on hold until processing. This allows for inmates to keep track of money and can be used for family and friends to deposit money.
