Allison Douglas is a Certified Nurse Practitioner who is a Delphos native. She graduated from Delphos St. John's in 2000. She received her undergraduate degree from Bowling Green State University and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The Medical College of Ohio. She received her Master's Degree from Xavier University. Allison and her husband, John, have one daughter, Hailey. She enjoys spending time with her family and attending sporting events.

Meredith Warnecke, WHNP, was born and raised in Delphos, OH. She did her undergraduate studies at University of Toledo Medical Center. She went on to receive her Master's degree in Nursing at the University of Cincinnati specializing in Women's Health Care. After graduation, she moved to Columbus and practiced there for two years. She returned to Lima area and began her journey with OB/GYN Specialists of Lima, Inc in March of 2017. Meredith and her husband, Ryan, are happy to be back in the Lima area to raise their family. She enjoys spending time with family and attending her children's soccer and baseball games.
