Co-founder Dr. Peter Kelly brings vast dental experience to Operation Dental as a practicing dentist who owns multiple practices. Along with his general dentistry background, he brings a commitment to superior patient care and provides cutting-edge dental practices. His focus on creating a positive patient experience is bolstered by a professional yet caring demeanor that has earned rave reviews and contributed to a long and successful career. Dr. Kelly embodies the entrepreneurial spirit and is proud to help other dental professionals realize their full potential.
Dr. Kelly earned a degree in microbiology from the University of Florida before attending the prestigious University of Maryland Baltimore Dental School. His philanthropic efforts include "Dentistry from the Heart Day," where he and his staff offer free dental services to underserved members of the community, as well as annual volunteer trips to El Salvador to provide dental services to hundreds of patients in need.
Co-founder Dr. Peter Kelly started his career for a large dental corporation before opening his own private practice.

Co-founder Matt Robinson contributes business acumen to Operation Dental and a dedication to supporting dental professionals. He first met Dr. Kelly after learning about the negative impact of corporate dentistry on communities and seeing an opportunity to provide his expertise in service of independent dentists and dental practices struggling to compete. He commenced his indoctrination into the world of dentistry by working for free at Dr. Kelly's dental practices, creating a dynamic partnership that led to the formation of Operation Dental.
Matt earned an MBA in Marketing and Management from Rollins College and spent ten years in business and operations management before teaming up with Dr. Kelly. He continues to research the changing dental industry to provide the best possible support using knowledge, insight, and a unique business management approach.

Nathan Chitty is the Chief Financial Officer and Director of Business Development at Operation Dental. With 43 years of financial experience in accounting and commercial banking, Nathan has served as a chief financial officer, a mergers and acquisitions specialist, an investment capital fundraising specialist, and a Licensed Florida Real Estate Broker.
Nathan has participated in 14 startups in healthcare, banking, finance, and software over his professional career. His startup experience and diverse financial experience bring an important skill set to the executive management team of a high growth business like Operation Dental.
Nathan has a Bachelor's Degree of Science in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
