We believe that empathy and compassion are essential tools for living a good life and that all people, no matter how hopeless they feel, have the capacity for change and the desire to live a life worth living. We have devoted our professional lives to helping people learn to accept the things they cannot change, change the things they can, and develop the wisdom to determine the difference... We are not providing a one-size-fits-all service. Comprehensive DBT programs include Individual, Family, and Group Therapy Treatment, as well as phone coaching, regular homework and other services...
