Ferdi Pieterse established PreDawn Property Management as principal in partnership with Petré la Grange in 2002 to serve the residential rental agency market in Pinehurst Durbanville after years of experience in renting commercial properties in the Cape Town CBD. Ferdi qualified as full status real estate agent in 1989 through the University of South Africa (UNISA) and has assisted property investors who shared his interest in the utilisation of residential property as part of an investment portfolio, over the years.
Ferdi is a Certified International Property Specialist, registered at the National Association of Realtors in the USA to assist residential real estate investors who expand their portfolios internationally.

Marlene Pieterse has more than 20 year experience in the property selling environment after working at different agencies in Plattekloof, Panorama, and Kleinbosch before moving to Pinehurst, in 2000 with the development of the Pinehurst suburb in Durbanville when her agency partnership introduced this Garden Cities development to the market.
Ronel Adendorff has joined PreDawn Property with 18 year experience in the selling and rental real estate market in Durbanville, Sonstraal Heights and Pinehurst.
During 1999 she started and built up the Seeff rental division to a large portfolio.
Ronel is our resident real estate professional in Pinehurst, where she lives and works serving our clients in the area.
