Annette Guarnaccio

Ms. Guarnaccio is the Chief Administrative Officer at PPC. Ms. Guarnaccio is responsible for the day-to-day management of the PPC offices. Prior to SK Capital, Mr. Zaman was with Crestview Partners and Lazard's Special Situations Group, where he executed investments in the healthcare services, specialty materials, media & telecom, and financial services sectors. Mr. Zaman has extensive experience in restructuring, distressed credit, and corporate preparedness/takeover defense. Mr. Zaman currently sits on the boards of Life Science Outsourcing, OrthoMed Anesthesia and Graham Engineering. Mr. Zaman also serves on the Board of Trustees of Blythedale Children's Hospital.

Jim Fisher

Mr. Fisher is a senior investment professional with over 26 years of financial services and investment experience. From April 1, 1997, through April 1, 2012, Mr. Fisher served as Managing Member of Fisher Capital Corp., LLC, an affiliate of KKR, where he assisted in identifying and analyzing investment opportunities in financial services. Mr. Fisher has also spent a large portion of his career as an insurance executive at various companies. He was Chairman and CEO of Bristol West Holdings, Inc., a non-standard automobile insurer and a KKR portfolio company from 2000 to 2006 (now owned by Farmers Insurance Group), and prior to that, he was at American Re Corporation from 1986 to 1997, where his roles included Chief Financial Officer of American Re Corporation, President of American Reinsurance Financial Products and President and Chief Executive Officer of American Reinsurance Asset Managers. As a member of KKR's financial services team, Mr. Fisher also served on the boards of Willis Group Holdings Limited (global insurance and reinsurance broker), First Data Corporation (a large credit card processing company in the U.S.), and Alea Group Holdings (a Bermuda based international reinsurance company). Prior to American Re Corporation, he was a Director of Insurance Industry Services at Price Waterhouse. Mr. Fisher is a Trustee Emeritus and Chairman of the Marquis Society at Lafayette College.

Before joining TTGA, Mr. Shah held several roles at Edelweiss Capital in Mumbai, India, where he was most recently the Chief Operating Officer of its investment banking group. In that capacity, Mr. Shah was responsible for strategic initiatives, including setting up the financial sponsors and country coverage groups, and establishing strategic alliances. Mr. Shah was the youngest employee to be inducted to Edelweiss' Senior Leadership Group. His experience spans across M&A, private placements, structured finance and ECM transactions. Kevin Byrne - Chief Compliance Officer

Michael T. Tokarz - Founder

Mr. Tokarz is a senior investment professional with over 30 years of private equity and lending experience. From November 2003 through December 23, 2020, Mr. Tokarz served as Chairman and Portfolio Head of MVC Capital, Inc. (MVC), a non-diversified closed-end management investment company. In 2006, Mr. Tokarz founded The Tokarz Group Advisers (TTGA), which served as the manager of MVC until MVC's merger with Barings BDC, Inc. in 2020. TTGA currently provides portfolio management services to the MVC PE Fund. Prior to 2003, Mr. Tokarz was a general partner with KKR. During his 17-year tenure at KKR, he participated in diverse leveraged buyouts, financings, restructurings and dispositions. At KKR, among other responsibilities, Mr. Tokarz served as New York Administrative Partner, a member of KKR's first Portfolio Management Committee, and head of the commercial banking industry group. He also had roles in KKR's investments in Beatrice Foods, Safeway Stores and Bank of New England. Mr. Tokarz currently serves on the corporate board of Mueller Water Products Inc. and previously served on the corporate boards of Walter Investment Management Corp. and CNO Financial Group. Mr. Tokarz also serves as Chairman Emeritus of the University of Illinois Foundation. Prior to his tenure at KKR, Mr. Tokarz was a commercial banker at Continental Illinois. Mr. Tokarz rose to run the East Coast operation of Continental Illinois from New York. In addition to the roles described above, Mr. Tokarz is also a senior investment professional at the Existing MVC PE Fund.

Perry Golkin - CEO, Founder

Mr. Golkin is a senior investment professional with over 35 years of private equity experience and prior experience as a corporate lawyer. He is also a certified public accountant (inactive). Mr. Golkin was an executive with KKR from 1986-2011 and a general partner or member from 1995 through 2009. During his career at KKR he held various positions with the firm including: (1) serving on KKR's Operating Committee; (2) serving on KKR's first Portfolio Management Committee and chairing that committee for five years; (3) serving as KKR's New York Administrative Partner; (4) leading KKR's investor relations and fundraising group; and (5) leading KKR's financial services and homebuilding industry groups. Mr. Golkin served on numerous corporate boards for transactions on which he worked including American Re-Insurance, Willis Group and Rockwood Chemicals. At PPC, Mr. Golkin has served on the Boards of KVK, Shift, Inframark, and Precast. Prior to KKR he practiced corporate law with Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, was a staff accountant at Price Waterhouse & Co. and taught financial and management accounting at the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business. Currently, Mr. Golkin is an Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Pennsylvania, serves as a trustee at Penn, and serves on the boards of its Law School and health system. He regularly lectures at Wharton and Penn's Law School and, occasionally over the past ten years, has taught an interdisciplinary course entitled Business Strategy, Private Equity and Corporate Law.

Peter Seidenberg

Mr. Seidenberg is a senior investment professional and operating executive. He has over 30 years of experience in private equity and venture capital investing, corporate finance, and general management. Until recently, Mr. Seidenberg served as the CEO of NextGuest/ Hospitality Tech Holdings, LLC (HTH), a portfolio company of PPC until it was sold to Cendyn Group, LLC in February 2021. Prior to joining PPC, Mr. Seidenberg was a Managing Director at The Tokarz Group Advisers (TTGA), where he was responsible for leading the investment activities within the medical device practice, in addition to overseeing a variety of other investments, requiring hands-on operating leadership. Mr. Seidenberg also served as the Chief Financial Officer of MVC (NYSE:MVC) from 2005 through 2014, while simultaneously performing investment roles for both MVC and TTGA. Before joining TTGA, Mr. Seidenberg was the Chief Operating Officer of Nebraska Heavy Industries (NHI) and served as the Chief Financial Officer of Commerce One, Inc. (NASDAQ:CMRC). Prior to joining NHI, Mr. Seidenberg held a variety of leadership positions at technology-enabled service companies, high-tech and industrial companies including, but not limited to, Plumtree Software (NASDAQ:PLUM) and AlliedSignal (NYSE:HON).

Scott Schuenke - CFO

Mr. Schuenke also currently oversees the financial functions of The Tokarz Group Advisers (TTGA) and its clients as its Chief Financial Officer. Prior to LionTree, Mr. Uger was a partner and co-head of North America Media and Communications at KKR, where he worked for 16 years. While at KKR, Mr. Uger served on the boards of Ipreo, Weld North, Primedia, and Evenflo. Mr. Uger was also involved in numerous other KKR investments, including PanAmSat, KSL Holdings, and Nexstar Financial.
