Andrea Gullion has been licensed to practice law in the state of Alabama for 9 years and has 12 years of experience in banking and federal compliance regulations. She is a former Compliance/Community Reinvestment Act Officer and in-house counsel for a large community bank. She also served 4 years as a Senior Compliance Advisor at one of the nation's largest federal regulatory compliance consulting firms for financial institutions. She has advised financial institutions on fair lending matters referred to the Department of Justice and assisted in compliance remediation efforts. Andrea has practiced in the areas of real estate, probate and estate, banking, and corporate law. She has had numerous articles published in national banking compliance publications, and has had the privilege of speaking on topics such as fair lending, Home Mortgage Disclosure Act, and real estate closing procedures. Andrea received both her Juris Doctor of Law and Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business Administration from the University of Alabama, where she graduated from the undergraduate school summa cum laude. Bethany's practice is primarily focused on transactional work. She has extensive experience with commercial transactions concerning properties across the country and real estate matters concerning construction, development, leasing, financing and property litigation. She is an agent for Chicago/Fidelity/Commonwealth National Title Insurance Companies and Stewart Title Insurance Company and routinely resolves complex title matters to enable satisfactory policies to be issued to both owners and lenders. In addition to real estate matters, Mrs. Sneed routinely provides counsel and guidance for businesses, including: contract negotiation, business planning, document preparation, buyouts and dissolution, and business litigation. She also assists clients with estate planning and probate matters. Bethany is trained in collaborative practice and believes that regardless of the issue, utilization of equitable principals effectively leads to optimal results for her clients. Bruce E. Williams is a Retired Circuit Judge in Madison County, Alabama and a certified mediator registered with the Alabama Center for Dispute Resolution on both the trial and appellate levels. He presently serves Of Counsel to Harrison & Gammons, P.C., where he was a partner before moving to the judiciary in 1995. Among the positions he held during his 16-year tenure on the Madison County Circuit Court bench were those of Presiding Circuit Judge and Chairman of the Madison County Judicial Commission. He presided over literally thousands of cases, including civil, domestic relations and criminal. Judge Williams is a former Fellow in the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and through the years has lectured at numerous legal education courses and seminars. Bruce is a graduate of Auburn University and received his J. D. degree from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama. He has been licensed to practice law in Alabama since 1974 and, prior to moving to the bench, represented clients in civil and domestic relations litigation for more than 20 years. Bob is a member of the Huntsville Madison County Bar Association and was President of this Association in 1998 - 1999.
