Andrea Gullion has been licensed to practice law in the state of Alabama for 9 years and has 12 years of experience in banking and federal compliance regulations. She is a former Compliance/Community Reinvestment Act Officer and in-house counsel for a large community bank. She also served 4 years as a Senior Compliance Advisor at one of the nation's largest federal regulatory compliance consulting firms for financial institutions. She has advised financial institutions on fair lending matters referred to the Department of Justice and assisted in compliance remediation efforts. Andrea has practiced in the areas of real estate, probate and estate, banking, and corporate law. She has had numerous articles published in national banking compliance publications, and has had the privilege of speaking on topics such as fair lending, Home Mortgage Disclosure Act, and real estate closing procedures.
Andrea received both her Juris Doctor of Law and Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business Administration from the University of Alabama, where she graduated from the undergraduate school summa cum laude. Additionally, she served as a Senior Editor of the Journal of the Legal Profession. She is admitted to all Alabama state courts, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama.

Bethany's practice is primarily focused on transactional work. She has extensive experience with commercial transactions concerning properties across the country and real estate matters concerning construction, development, leasing, financing and property litigation. She is an agent for Chicago/Fidelity/Commonwealth National Title Insurance Companies and Stewart Title Insurance Company and routinely resolves complex title matters to enable satisfactory policies to be issued to both owners and lenders.
In addition to real estate matters, Mrs. Sneed routinely provides counsel and guidance for businesses, including: contract negotiation, business planning, document preparation, buyouts and dissolution, and business litigation. She also assists clients with estate planning and probate matters. Bethany is trained in collaborative practice and believes that regardless of the issue, utilization of equitable principals effectively leads to optimal results for her clients.
Bethany is honored to have the opportunity to continue Harrison Gammon's reputation of providing exemplary legal representation, and is especially proud to work alongside her father (Bo) and brother (Matt). Bruce E. Williams is a Retired Circuit Judge in Madison County, Alabama and a certified mediator registered with the Alabama Center for Dispute Resolution on both the trial and appellate levels.
He presently serves Of Counsel to Harrison & Gammons, P.C., where he was a partner before moving to the judiciary in 1995. Among the positions he held during his 16-year tenure on the Madison County Circuit Court bench were those of Presiding Circuit Judge and Chairman of the Madison County Judicial Commission.
He presided over literally thousands of cases, including civil, domestic relations and criminal. Judge Williams is a former Fellow in the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and through the years has lectured at numerous legal education courses and seminars.
Bruce is a graduate of Auburn University and received his J. D. degree from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama. He has been licensed to practice law in Alabama since 1974 and, prior to moving to the bench, represented clients in civil and domestic relations litigation for more than 20 years.

Charles G. (Gig) Robinson began practicing law in Huntsville in 1972 after serving as an officer in the United States Air Force following Law School at the University of Alabama and Bar Admission in 1971. Dinah P. Rhodes has been practicing divorce and family law since 1986. She graduated from the University of Mississippi, cum laude, with a degree in economics in 1983 and from the University of Alabama School of Law in 1986. She has been an active member of the Huntsville Madison County Bar Association, and the Alabama State Bar Association since 1986. She is a member of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and has lectured frequently throughout the state on family law issues. Dinah handles domestic relations mediations, uncontested divorces, appeals, and litigation support for the firm.

Paul works in the firm's litigation department representing clients involved in a variety of civil litigation matters, including defense of mortgage lenders and commercial banks, real property disputes, ejectment/evictions from property, collections, creditor bankruptcy, personal injury claims, construction litigation and contract litigation arising out of complex and diverse commercial transactions. Additionally, Paul provides counsel to clients in need of estate planning and probate services.
In addition to work at the trial court level Paul has represented clients before both the Alabama Supreme Court and Alabama Court of Civil Appeals on a variety of appellate matters.

A native of Huntsville, Alabama, Matthew R. Harrison began the practice of law in 2009, after receiving his Juris Doctorate from Cumberland School of Law in 2009. He earned his undergraduate degree from Samford University where he served as President of the Student Government Association and was a member of Omicron Delta Kappa.
Matt represents lenders, developers, builders, investors, entities and individuals in the acquisition, construction, leasing and conveyance of residential and commercial property in local and multi-state transactions. He is a licensed title agent in the State of Alabama for Chicago Title Insurance Company, Commonwealth Land Title, Stewart Title and Guaranty and Fidelity. A large part of Matt's practice focuses on closing commercial and residential transactions.
In addition to transactional work, Matt represents businesses in their organization and operation. He also has an active estate practice, counseling clients in all aspects of estate planning as well as the administration of estates and related matters in Probate Court. Additionally, Matt actively represents numerous Homeowners Associations throughout North Alabama in formation and compliance.
Rainer graduated from Cumberland School of Law in May of 2019. As a native Huntsvillian, he is excited about returning home to practice law in the community where he was raised. Prior to attending law school, Rainer worked as an accountant, focusing on individual and corporate tax before going to work with a startup logistics company in Birmingham. Following that, he worked as a government contracting consultant here in Huntsville before deciding to pursue his law degree.
Rainer received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Auburn University before earning his Master of Accountancy from the University of Alabama. He is admitted to all Alabama state courts.

Bob is a member of the Huntsville Madison County Bar Association and was President of this Association in 1998 - 1999. Bob has been licensed to practice law in Massachusetts since 1974 and in Alabama since 1977. He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Alabama State Bar and served as a Commissioner of the Alabama State Bar from 2002 to 2005. He is also a member of the Alabama Association for Justice, American Association for Justice and the Alabama Academy of Attorney Mediators. In addition to his professional associations, Bob was a member of the Huntsville Board of Zoning Adjustment from 1994 to 2004.
Bob Gammons has practiced with HG and its predecessor firm since 1995. He is head of the firm's litigation practice, overseeing and representing the firm's clients in litigation matters in a number of areas, including defense of mortgage lenders and commercial banks, business torts, plaintiffs' personal injury and workers compensation claims, construction litigation and contract litigation arising out of many and diverse commercial transactions. Many of the litigation matters handled involve real estate and disputes arising out of the purchase and sale of real estate. Bob practices in state and federal courts throughout the State of Alabama.
Bob has been a certified mediator since 1995. He has been a member of the Alabama Academy of Attorney Mediators since 1997. Bob has conducted mediations in a wide variety of civil lawsuits, including automobile accidents, contract actions, will contests, real estate controversies, construction claims, insurance disputes and corporate matters. He has been trained to handle civil mediations before trial and in cases that are pending appeal.

Prior to coming aboard to Harrison & Gammons, Stewart was the Chief Claims Attorney for III Corps and Fort Hood in Fort Hood, Texas where he advised and represented military units and Department of Defense entities in a broad range of civil matters. Stewart has also represented medical device companies, pharmaceutical manufacturers, insurance companies, medical care providers, large retail clothing companies, and numerous small and large businesses in matters ranging from day to day operational concerns to federal appellate litigation.
Stewart's practice currently focuses on achieving the goals of individuals, small businesses, and national corporations in transactional matters. Stewart represents entities in real estate matters for financing, leasing, construction, contracting, development, and litigation arising from these issues. He also advises businesses in franchising matters, contract negotiation and drafting, business strategy, entity formation and governance, and buyouts, dissolution, and mergers.
